Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is typically:

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any active shipping offer will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Aviae & Co is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside our direct control.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your package appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product.

We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
